Music is down to everyone’s personal taste. Rock music brings me joy but depending on my mood can make me sad too. Though I must say, there is plenty of songs that have made me feel sexy, make me look at myself and be like yeah, I’m a badass bitch with great titties and poppin booty. That feeling doesn’t always stay long with me but I understand the effects of a single note, a snap of the snare, a stretch of vocals can have an impact on your mind body and soul.
Yet again, another study that shows metal and rock music is good for your mental health!
